All appointments are initially set up as a phone call, where we will talk, and see what works best for you. We could possibly establish a video call session for future calls if it is applicable. To book your initial call, please email me first, with a few details of what health issues you might be dealing with, a phone number, and the best times for me to reach you. I will email you back the same day!
